It is recommended that you start trying it on small surface on your skin. That way you'll se the reaction and can help to minimize potential side effects, such as redness and peeling.
Protect your skin during the say with protection cream, or sunscreen cream (protection from wind, cold weather or sun burns).
Hydrate your body! Drink at least 2 liters of water. It's not enough just to use moisturize creams. The best effect is if your body is well hydrate and will help to get most positive wanted effect on your skin.
